I Had A Large Dermoid Cyst On My Right Ovary

I had a large dermoid cyst on my right ovary (about the size of a grapefruit) that caused my ovary to completely turn over on itself, completely cutting off blood flow to the ovary. I had laporoscopic surgery on June 30, 2016 to remove the cyst and the ovary altogether. Apparently at the time, my left ovary looked fine. This was concluded by two ultrasounds and imaging tests done in May and June, just prior to the surgery.

I've been under a tremendous amount of stress since Jan. 6th and started to feel pain in the ovary area which worsened as the stress increased and insomnia escalated. I've also been feeling lots of breast sensitivity/tenderness (but not the kind one gets a few days before their period starts) that increased correspondingly to the increase in ovary-area pain. I started spotting 17 days after the start of my last period. Spotting is extremely rare for me. I am nearly 44 years old, have never been a smoker or drinker, not a user of recreational drugs, and am otherwise in good health. I have not begun taking any new medications (prescribed or OTC) or supplements. I received a flu shot on Jan. 6.
Your thoughts/advice please? Thank you!
