I Had A Leg Angiogram A Week Ago. The Plaque

I had a leg angiogram a week ago. The plaque was behing my knee. I had blue toe. the dr was able to remove the plaque and I do not have a stent. I am on Effient 10 mgs. a day as the Brilanta 90 mgs twice a day was making my back hurt. How long does it take your body to adjust to Effient?
