I Had A Leg Cramp Last Night And I Felt

I had a leg cramp last night and I felt two buldged up tissues in my leg and I was screaming let alone crying. Well the after affect led a pain going down my calf and into the back of my foot. And all day I had the pain. It hurts to walk and when I lay down now it all cramps up again and wants to repeat itself. I'm restless. I'm 30 weeks pregnant, my doctor is out of town until the 23rd I tried to call the Emergency room and they told me they can't give me medical advice over the phone. Idk what to do or what it can be. I have to get up at 4 to work. I'm to scared to sleep
