I Had A Little Yellow Pimple On The Inside Of

I had a little yellow pimple on the inside of my left nostril and I popped it thinking nothing of it..Well the next morning the whole left side of my face hurt very bad and my upper lip is very swollen. I have been Ibeprofren "don't mind my spelling" and it help with the pain and swelling but very little..Please help and tell me what to do!
