I Had A Loose Chesty Cough. After A Flight I

I had a loose chesty cough. After a flight I ended up with a deafness resulting from the descent. I subsequently had antibiotics to treat a chest infection, but this did not improve my catarrh. A week later I started treatment with Beconase nasal spray. This has so far shown little effect. I have also been taking Sudofed decongestant. Also I am using menthol inhalation. After 5 days there is little change. I have a long haul flight in 5 days. Will this be a problem?
