I Had A Lot Of Facial Swelling And I Know

I had a lot of facial swelling and I know I have some serious dental issues I need to address (likely abcess or infection) I went to Dr. thinking the swelling was caused by an allergy and am now taking prednisone but concerned as it is getting worse that I should stop taking the meds and see dentist asap - now realizing it is probably dental issues that are causing swelling. hopefully, it is unlikely this infection has spread far or is serious?
