I Had A Lot Of Ice Cream Which Upset My

I had a lot of ice cream which upset my stomach. I asked my mom if I could take milk of magnesia. She said yes, but after I eat my dinner. That's exactly what I did. It's been almost 6 hours, but I haven't been going to the bathroom a lot. Although, my stomach does seem to be making strange noises, and I am passing a lot of gas. I just would like to know what is going on with my stomach.
