I Had A Low Grade Fever (99.5-100.2) For Wo Months

I had a low grade fever (99.5-100.2) for wo months with abdominal pain. I have had many different blood tests and urinary analysis tests. I found out I had a tooth abcess. I just got a root canal 48 hours ago. I have been on amoxicillin for three days. I also have developed a sinus infection abou two weeks ago. The smell of the root canal is the same smell I am getting when I blow my nose. My low grade fever is 99.5 and I still get a sick feeling to my stomach. My check is bruised from root canal since it was tooth 12 that had the root canal. Are my symptoms typical? Will my infection go away soon?
