I Had A Lumbar Discectomy 7 Months Ago For A

I had a lumbar discectomy 7 months ago for a herniated disc and still have numbness and weakness in my leg.I've fallen down a lot and am scared that it's not going to get better. Do you have any suggestions what I should do?I've been back to my surgeon and to a nuerologist , but have'nt got a clear answer what I should do.
