I Had A Lumbar Myleogram On Thursday. Beforehand I Had

I had a lumbar myleogram on thursday. Beforehand I had been dealing w/ a mild headache in temple area for about a week. Had the procedure done and on Friday afternoon developed the same headache symptoms, pressure and pain in temple areas and mild pain. My ears are also popping.This lessens and gets more bothersome from time to time during the day. Caffeine is not working nor is lots of water. Taking tylenol and it does very little. Is this a true spinal headache from a leak or a continuation of the headaches I had prior to the procedure? If so, how long should I wait before seeing a Dr.? this pressure is continual but not in back or really in the front of my head. It does subside when I lie down and take an hour or so to return when out of bed. No real nausea... just worried about this. Thank you.
