I Had A Lump Of Hard Tissue On My Mons

I had a lump of hard tissue on my mons pubis, (now might be a good time to mention I have a problem with picking) I was plucking hairs from the top of it and a large chunk of white goo came out. I kept pulling the gunk out until it was just an empty hole. It's fairly deep, but small, like an air soft BB in size. Now it's seeping orange plasma/clear pus, and it's just a big hole. I know you're not supposed to lance things yourself, but I would love some advice on at home aftercare. Thank you!
