I Had A Lump On My Arm Almost Like Someone

I had a lump on my arm almost like someone hit me and gave me a whelp but I didn't bump anything. It went away and a big bruise lookin thing took over and has kind of a white center. I noticed this and looked for more, found one on my leg looks the exact same. Any thoughts?
