I Had A Lump On My Back For 7 Years.

I had a lump on my back for 7 years. It looks like a cyst and never bothered me it was just there not to big probably the size of a dime but now I woke up today and it's completely red and sore and pusing it also feels like it has gotten bigger could just be swollen..what do you think please help
