I Had A Lumpectyme In 2011 Estrogene Related Cancer. ALL

I had a lumpectyme in 2011 Estrogene related cancer. ALL has been fine since but I have shooting pains in that breast. The breast is only half their and it has scar tissues. I also have pain and cramps where they took the lymph glans out. What to do ?? I have had it checked twice for lumps but all seems fine and they just say well nothing about the pain and cramps I have on occasion.
