I Had A Mammogram Over 1 Month Ago. Since That

I had a mammogram over 1 month ago. Since that day I have had very sore red areas (example where chaffing would occur around the outside of the armpit). I have never had this issue until now. I use the same laundry det., deodorant, razor, bar soap & shampoo as I did before the armpit burn. Is this caused by the mammogram & when will it go away?
