I Had A Massive Heat Attack In August Of 2007

I had a massive heat attack in august of 2007 left ventrical 100% blocked and went on several meds that I still take with a 25 to 30 ejection fraction.I 2010 i had another heart cath and still no stent but now i have a pacemaker defibrillator not pacing at this time. I'm 59 yrs old 5 foot 7 inches and 205 pounds. While seeing a new card. because of a defibrillator changeout he said he would like to do another heart cath and maybe put a stent in the blockage because I have some neck discomfort when i do anything fast or lift and carry something a short distance . I do have calatorals and my question is should i do this and will it help to open up the old blockage? thank you Paul
