I Had A Mastectomy For Invasive Loboular Carcinoma As Well

I had a mastectomy for invasive loboular carcinoma as well as ductal carcinoma in sitiu with 17 lymph nodes removed. 3 nodes came back positive as well the surgical boarders were not clear. I have already had chemo before the surgery because of the size of the tumour which as 11cm"8cm in size. What is the best way to proceed now?
