I Had A Medical Abortion On Sept 23rd. Bleeding Has

I had a medical abortion on Sept 23rd. Bleeding has varied from not at all to spotting to heavy in no order as expected. I missed my 48hr check up after taking the pills. Everything has seemed pretty normal as far as the range of things to expect after. However I have now been experiencing a constant burning sensation with and without urination for a few days now. This has been accompanied with heavier more persistent bright red orange almost bleeding with clots every time I use the restroom, cough, sneeze, etc. What should I do?
