I Had A Medical Termination And Delivered On The 20th

I had a medical termination and delivered on the 20th of October due to the health of the baby. I was 17 weeks pregnant. 3 weeks later I had to take Misoprostol again as an ultrasound showed 4cm remaining clots and I was experiencing mild discomfort. We really want a baby and i conceived last time on clomid. How long should I leave it until I start clomid again? Can I start them during my 1st period since taking the misoprostol for the second time?
