I Had A Menogon Injection This Month But My Doctor

I had a menogon injection this month but my doctor didn't make envitro because he noticed an ovarian cyst . My question is after five days from last injection I have been in period again till now is this normal. My last injection was in 14 this month and usually my period time 9 days
