I Had A Metal Door Handle From A Fire Exit

I had a metal door handle from a fire exit door hit me on the left side of me head and it out me unconscious and in the hospital with a severe concussion 1 day ago. This morning I woke with my pillow covered in blood and my nose bleeding. Should I return to the ERIC are these things related?
