I Had A Micro Incision Cataract Surgery With Intra Ocular

I had a micro incision cataract surgery with intra ocular the lens implant ten days ago. I am on prednisolone eye drops 4 times a day. Now I have developed sore throat and cough. What should I do? I am on metroprolol 25mg for palpitations. Also I take atovostatin 10 mg for hypercholestremia. What antibiotics should I take for sore throat?
