I Had A Mild Stroke..expressive Dyspasia While Giving A Public

I had a mild stroke..expressive dyspasia while giving a public lecture. For 30 seconds I lost my ability to articulate the words forming in my brain. Then it was OK. I'd had a huge headache on the leftr side before this happened. Went into hospital where my blood pressure was very high. They put me on blood thinners and blood pressure medicine and stathins. BP returned to normal overnight, but heartbeat was discovered to be low and irregular. Was asked top lose a stone and carry on with the medication. I felt a slight headache today and panicked but nothing else happened. Should I do something.
