I Had A Mild Uti And Took Cipro For 7

I had a mild uti and took Cipro for 7 days. I still had urgency and burning (not when urinating but at other times) so doctor prescribed Amoxicillin 500 mg 2 xs a day for 5 days. Still have the urgency and burning around clitoris. What should I do next? I have another prescription for Amoxicillin, but am not sure whether is will do any good to take it.
