I Had A Minor Electric Shock Yesterday And I Have

I had a minor electric shock yesterday and I have had a headache since I woke up I was helping my dad unclog my grandpa's drain by his barn which has a electrical wire around it i didnt know what was going on at the time all i know is i felt a very bad pain in my leg then it went up into my chest and then my right arm I managed to get away from the wire but I still had the pain in my leg and arm it felt like a heart beat in my leg and arm It hurt so bad I suffer from post concussion sydrome and am worried that the shock could have damage something please help
