Will Primulot Stop The Bleeding From My Mirena, Or Should I Consider Getting It Removed?

I had a mirena inserted in March this year. I have either been bleeding or spotting for most of this time except for maybe 7 days. I take those traneximic acid tablets but find they don’t do anything. Will Primulot stop the bleeding or should I just get it removed.
