I Had A Mirena Put In A Littoe Over A

I had a mirena put in a littoe over a month ago. I had two spots of blood the day i got fitted and very bad cramps. After that i was normal for a few days, then everyday for almost a month i had very bad cramps and bleeding. This just stopped about two weeks ago but now i am starting to feel random sharp pains down there and my discharge its very thin with a slight yellowish tinge/ bitter gross smell. Is this normal?
