I Had A Miscarriage 13 Days Ago. Shortly After I

I had a miscarriage 13 days ago. Shortly after I had my period within that next week I'm sure it was my period . It lasted five days heavy ,cramping and then went off like my regular period. Now 13 DPO my breast are sore again I'm having dizzy spell's and I feel like I could be pregnant but I'm getting negative pregnancy test. I don't know if I'm about to get another. Or my body is just out of whack from the miscarriage. I really feel like I'm pregnant but I have been fooled before. My question is do you think I could be pregnant with all these pregnancy symptoms or could it possibly be something else?
