I Had A Miscarriage 2.5 Weeks Ago (just After Finding

I had a miscarriage 2.5 weeks ago (just after finding out about the pregnancy, so I was at most 2 weeks along.) After passing a little tissue in the first two days I started bleeding, similar to a normal period, not too painful and not too heavy. After about a week of that I was spotting, then recently have had a little heavier bleeding and pain off and on for the past few days. I don't have a fever or any discharge. I know that sometimes it can take a while to pass everything naturally, and I don't want a D&C. Should I be concerned?
