I Had A Miscarriage October 2014. I Am Now 43

I had a miscarriage October 2014. I am now 43 and still TTC. I had to have a D&C in December as they didn't realize all the tissue didn't come out. Periods have been irregular meaning it took some time to get back to my normal 25 day cycle. Last month I had spotting 1 week before I began an earlier than usual period and it was very painful, not like normal period cramps. Now only 15 days later I am beginning to spot again. Should I see doctor immediately? Could I have had another miscarriage? Could this be beginning of menopause?
