I Had A Miscarriage In July Received The Depo Shot

I had a miscarriage in July received the depo shot went back in October I was told my HCG was 26 by November it was 7 it's now December it just reached 0 I used monistat and I've been bleeding since Dec 23 got a US the other day because of large what looked like tissue or blood clots coming out they said my endometrium is 11mm I have a circumscribed ovoid in my uterus and what looks like a fibroid measuring 1.3cm They said I didnt have any yeast infection although my doctor told me I did There impression was the fibroid and polyp is probable I have to get my HCG checked for 3 months I was told not to get pregnant until after Can this be a molar pregnancy or something else
