I Had A Miscarriage In June And I Had Started

I had a miscarriage in June and I had started my period again in July I was 54 days late before my period started again and I had over 5 negative pregnancy tests. My last period stopped for a day and then started up again. It's been 14+ days and I'm clotting a lot could this be another miscarriage?
