I Had A Miscarriage In Oct Bled For 9 Weeks.

I had a miscarriage in oct bled for 9 weeks. My husband and I have been trying to conceive since then. This month I have had headaches vivid dreams back ache nauseous sore breast and fatigue. My period came late by one day and only lasted 2 days. First day was darker in color and heavy. Second day was lighter and today it's done. I'm 40 and have a 23 year old. Should I be worried it could this be a pregnancy. I did a test 4 days prior and it was negative and one again the night before with another negative result
