I Had A Miscarriage July Fith I Was 14 Weeks

I had a miscarriage july fith I was 14 weeks . I bled for about two weeks non stop then nothing .but like every other couple days ill bleed and then stop and then again. .. im 27 and its my second miscarriage in a row any ideas whst could be going on. Also I have been feeling super hot for periods of time and sweating then feel fine ..thsnks I hope its not serious
