I Had A Miscarriage Monday Night Went To My Dr

I had a miscarriage monday night went to my dr Tuesday they said all most everything had passed naturall from what a vaginal ultrasound showed. Its now saturday and im still passing some tissue and having bad abdominal pain. It hurts to go pee and hurts worse with a bowel movement. Should i go to the er and get checked out?
