I Had A Miscarriage On January The 28th. I Had

I had a miscarriage on January the 28th. I had a regular period the end of February. So my period is due in 6 days but I've had a rusty brown like period for the past 5 days now. It doesn't get on my panties or anything, just when I use the restroom and wipe. It hasn't gotten any worst overy the 5 days either. What could this be?
