I Had A Miscarriage Some Months Ago. I Am Currently

I had a miscarriage some months ago. I am currently pregnant. Im edited because initially with the first pregnancy i experienced a lot of cramping. This would be my first child. This time however there had been some cramping on and off and no where near as sever as the initial ones were. My appt isn't until October 31 ( 1st visit). Should i go to the er just to get checked out and get my hcg levels read? I am apx 3 to 4 weeks.
