I Had A Miscarriage Two Weeks Ago And I Am

I had a miscarriage two weeks ago and I am having some brused feeling in my belly the belly button down. I had an ultrasound today they said I have a thick lining not sure what more to thik. I'm very uncomfortable and picking up babies witch is my job hurts my tummy. I did blood work today wo k get those back till tomorrow for my hcg. Babies stopped growing at about 6 weeks and did not loose them till close to 11 weeks with the help of the pills you insert vaginally.
