I Had A Molar (upper Right) Extracted (broken Apart To

I had a molar (upper right) extracted (broken apart to remove) on 10/28/15. Got along OK - no dry socket. External stitches have come out. Have had some sinus drainage but the last 3 days I've developed a fever in late afternoon/evening (2-3 degrees). I also have this bitter yellow/green drainage - no pain or congestion. Is further treatment necessary or will this take care of itself?
