I Had A Mole In The Lower Part Of My

I had a mole in the Lower part of my belly that was oval and had a faded colour. This week i noticed it started to hurt like a pimple and looked like one too. I tried to pop it but it bled and i knew it wasnt a pimple. Now its healing, i think, and it still hurts but i dont know if it's because i tried to pop it. I read online that moles that look like pimples can be melanoma and im really worried.
