I Had A Mole Removed Thursday. Now I Have A

I had a mole removed Thursday. Now i have a big red raised spreading circle. A little warm, very tender. left mid thigh, the circle has spread to right side to the innnermost thigh. Should i call the Dr office? They had to inject alot of lidocaine, maybe my body hasn't absorbed it yet. Yesterday there was purple on the bandage, lidocaine?
