I Had A Mole Removed On The 10th Of This

I had a mole removed on the 10th of this month and the stitches are bruising, and weird stuff is coming out from it. It is on the right side of my abdomen. I can't bend without pain is this all normal? Also can I take a shower?? I get the stitches out on the 1st of next month.
