I Had A Mouth Full Of Fillings Including One Root

I had a mouth full of fillings including one root canal under sedation on Monday, and today my teeth all ache in the root area. They have sort of bothered me all week but today is the worst . Should I be concerned, or do you think this is normal healing response to the trauma from all of it being done at once?
