I Had A Mri On My Right Knee & The

I had a mri on my right knee & the report says "impression shows no significant changes" my doc signed off on it & all ok. I would like to know -does that mean it came back negative? 4 yrs ago I had the same mri and they found something. Did the radiologist copare the images? Or only focus on the current mri
