I Had A Myelogram On Monday Morning. I Stayed In

I had a myelogram on Monday morning. I stayed in bed for 24 hours as directed. I got a severe headache, neck and shoulder stiffness by Tuesday afternoon along with nausea. When I would lay down I would receive some relief. By Friday I was in ER and Friday night had blood patch. I immediately felt relief. Today, Saturday, I am experiencing the same pain prior to blood patch and find myself back in bed. What is happening, what should I do and when does this get better? I will never havea myelogram again.
