I Had A Myocardial Infarction Five Years Ago...lower LAD 100%

I had a myocardial infarction five years ago...lower LAD 100% blocked and stented at that time. Two more stents RCA and circumflex 10 months later. Those arteries were 70 and 80% blocked at the time of the Heart Attack. Was told about 1 year ago that my upper LAD is 50% blocked. I have been having minor symptoms for about 6 months now. Today I have had a funny feeling in my chest (rt side) feel like something is taking small bites or pulling in there. Been tired but have had Type 1 diabetes for 48 years, have Graves, Celiac, Sjogrens, etc. so think that Auto-immune diseses could be cause of tiredness. Any advice? Also how I can have this checked out without invasive catheterization AGAIN!!!
