I Had A Myringoplasty Surgery A Week Ago. I Have

I had a myringoplasty surgery a week ago. I have been given some ear drops for 2 weeks. I could hear significantly from the ear before but now my ear feels totally blocked and I feel my hearing has worsened than before. I'm getting really scared and impatient. Will this state remain permanent or will I get improvement in hearing soon?
