I Had A Negative Serum Pregnacy Test And Took 10

I had a negative serum pregnacy test and took 10 days of provera 10mg last night on day 10 i started to have browm mucus only when i wiped after goign to the bathroom today it is a little heavier but nothing on a pad only when i wipe and what looks like could be small red groups in the toliet but nothing on a pad should i be worried
