I Had A Nerve Hit Doing A Cortisone Injection. It

I had a nerve hit doing a cortisone injection. It was server enough I couldn't walk for a couple hours after. I'm still feeling pressure in my hip and a lot of pain at times. Included is mussel weakness and almost a feeling of my thigh falling asleep. This was was done over 8hr ago and I'm still in pain. When should I go in?
