I Had A Nexperience Which Felt Like An Elastic Band

I had a nexperience which felt like an elastic band snapping in head. Well not in head but between skin and skull. no headache but have had symptons like:
I can hear my heart beat in head
Ear feels like it is full of water
Sore spot on head when l pressed it

Have been too scared to go to a doctor
